MARKETING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR BUSINESS LEADERS

P&C makes marketing accountable to business results.

Senior-led execution, attribution and reporting for established businesses. Start with a conversation about your priorities.

IF ANY OF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR

You're spending real money. You can't tell what it's producing.

— You're spending real money on marketing every month, and it's getting harder to tell what's working

— Your reports tell you what happened in the platform, not what happened in the business

— You're not confident where your next best marketing dollar should go

That's exactly where we help.

WHAT WE DO

How we improve marketing performance

We connect paid media, search engine optimisation, customer relationship management and conversion work with attribution, reporting and commercial decisions. Scope follows the evidence and your priorities.

01

Seeing which channels are actually producing revenue, not just clicks.

02

Giving your ad platforms the business data they need to optimise on outcomes, not on form-fills.

03

Cutting the spend that's underperforming and putting it behind what's working.

We assess before we recommend.

WHO RUNS P&C

Two operators. Accountable to your business.

P&C is owner-operated. That shapes how we think about marketing: not as activity, but as investment that has to produce.

You won't get dashboards built to impress. You'll get clarity on what's working, what isn't, and where your money should go.

Yasmin Pakhlevanyan - Founder / Proprietor - leads the business.

Arsen Pakhlevanyan - Head of Digital - leads paid media, search and measurement.

Based in Saskatoon. Accepting new clients across Canada, with a focus on Saskatchewan and Alberta.

THE AUDIT

Start with the Foundations Audit

A paid diagnosis of your marketing investment, measurement gaps and commercial priorities.

1

Where the money is actually going

Spend by channel over the agreed reporting period.

2

What it's producing

Results traced back to source, where the data allows.

3

What's leaking

Channels and campaigns producing volume but not revenue.

4

Where to move it

Prioritised changes and budget decisions, with our rationale.

Receive an evidence-led diagnosis and a prioritised action plan. We distinguish observed results, attribution gaps and recommendations.

We agree scope, required access and delivery timing before work begins.

Foundations Audit

You are investing materially in marketing, but cannot confidently connect channel performance to sales, judge the evidence behind reporting or decide where the next dollar should go.

One-off diagnostic engagement.

Receive a written diagnosis, measurement-gap review, prioritised action plan and a findings discussion. Use the recommendations with your own team, existing agencies or P&C. There is no obligation to retain us afterwards.

Scope and deliverables

We agree the channels, business questions and reporting period before work begins. The review can cover paid media, search engine optimisation, customer relationship management and email, landing pages, attribution and reporting.

  • Commercial diagnosis: marketing investment and the outcomes it can be connected to, with observed facts, interpretation and missing evidence clearly separated.
  • Measurement gaps: breaks between enquiry, qualified opportunity and sale, including offline outcomes where relevant and available.
  • Prioritised action plan: what to address first, the commercial rationale, dependencies and how progress should be assessed.
  • Findings discussion: decisions and next steps for leadership and those responsible for implementation.

The audit does not include campaign management, tracking repairs, website implementation or ongoing reporting. Those are separately scoped. It does not promise a revenue increase or assume platform attribution proves incremental sales.

Access, timing and independent value

We need a decision-maker, clear business priorities and the relevant account, spend and sales evidence. Read-only access is used where appropriate. Scope, required access and delivery timing are agreed before work begins.

Incomplete tracking does not become invented certainty. We explain what can be established, what remains unknown and what evidence is needed next.

The written findings and priorities stand on their own: your internal team or existing agency can implement them. The audit is a paid decision-making product, not a requirement to purchase a retainer.

Revenue Operating System

Ongoing execution, measurement and commercial decision-making against agreed priorities. We connect what gets done with what it produces and the next budget decision.

Following the Foundations Audit, ongoing work is scoped around the priorities, capabilities and level of support your business requires. We discuss scope and pricing with you before any ongoing engagement begins.

How ongoing work operates

Measure → diagnose → prioritise → execute → report → reallocate.

Agree commercial measures and responsibilities; implement the priority work; review results and data limitations; then decide what to continue, change or test. Scope can include paid media, search, customer relationship management and Klaviyo, landing pages, conversion, attribution, reporting and creative direction.

Reporting connects activity to qualified opportunities, sales and acquisition economics where the evidence permits. Review cadence, delivery responsibilities and fees are set out in the proposal.

Working with your team and agencies

You do not need to replace a capable internal team or existing agency. P&C can connect their execution, measurement and reporting to leadership's commercial priorities.

We agree who owns each channel, implementation decision and report before starting. P&C executes the agreed work; your team and other partners retain their agreed responsibilities.

Who this is for

Owners and senior commercial or marketing leaders already investing materially across channels, teams or suppliers, where poor measurement and budget decisions are costly.

Fit depends on marketing complexity, access to evidence, willingness to act and capacity to fund the work. It does not depend on an arbitrary revenue threshold.

If you only need occasional posts or a small isolated task, this engagement is unlikely to be the right fit.
