RECENT FINDINGS, ANONYMISED

A UK retailer was getting strong web traffic from Google and Meta, but nothing tied back to actual in-store revenue. The platforms were optimising for clicks (Max Clicks). The business needed them optimising for footfall and spend.

We fed both platforms the store-level conversion signal they were missing. And started optimising for measured store visits, not clicks.

Result
22.55x ROAS. £46.65 cost per measured store visit. Still optimising.

A multi-service healthcare clinic was running Meta and Google with their agency reporting a blended $42 cost-per-lead. The blended number was hiding the truth: per-service performance varied dramatically by platform.

We separated each service onto its best-performing channel. Example: Hair transplant moved to Google; Breast augmentation moved to Meta.

Result
Hair transplant on Google: $32 CPL, post-lead conversion up from under 15% to over 50%. Breast augmentation on Meta: $5 CPL, post-lead conversion up from just over 5% to 27%.
