ABOUT P&C
A marketing accountability firm built by people who know what it feels like to spend the money.
We couldn't find an agency we'd trust with our own marketing budgets, so we became the one we'd hire. You won't be filed away and forgotten. We know what we're doing, and we hold ourselves to it.
Pakhiateau & Co Digital Marketing Agency. Run by Yasmin and Arsen, across Canada, the UK, and the US.
WHY P&C EXISTS
The agency we wanted didn't exist, so we built it.
Between us, we've spent more than twenty-five years inside marketing - agency side and brand side, across the UK, the US, and Canada. Retail, hospitality, e-commerce, automotive, healthcare, events, sports, and beyond.
The firm is Pakhiateau & Co Digital Marketing Agency. We call it P&C for short. The name comes from a nickname built from our family names.
We met in the UK - Arsen an Armenian-American who'd spent fifteen years there, Yasmin an Indigenous Canadian who'd moved over for seven. We married, and we've run an agency together ever since.
We kept seeing the same thing: owner-operated businesses paying agency invoices for reports nobody could tie back to revenue. Big brands have entire teams making sure every marketing dollar is traceable. Small businesses get click-through rates and a smile.
We built P&C because between us, we know how to do this properly. You won't be another client filed away and forgotten. We know what we're doing, and we hold ourselves accountable for it.
THE FOUNDERS
Yasmin and Arsen. Two operators, one firm.
Yasmin runs the business: finance, operations, legal, accounting, HR, and client management. She is Indigenous Canadian, born in Saskatchewan, lived in the UK for seven years before returning home. She keeps P&C accountable to its clients and disciplined in how it operates.
Yasmin Pakhlevanyan
Arsen leads digital execution: paid media, SEO, creative, analytics, attribution, and reporting. Armenian-American, fifteen years in the UK before returning to North America, with an MBA in marketing on top of a BSc in neuroscience. He has worked agency side and brand side across retail, e-commerce, healthcare, automotive, energy, hospitality, fashion, events, and sports.

Between us, we cover strategy, execution, measurement, and operations. The people you meet are the people who do the work.
We don't pretend to be a big agency. We're not trying to become a large one. We built P&C to be small, sharp, and accountable. That's the point.
HOW WE WORK
Six operational commitments.
Not values. Not promises. The way we actually run engagements.
Diagnose before we propose
No engagement starts without a review.
Report in revenue, not impressions
Every report ties spend to revenue. If a number doesn't help a commercial decision, we don't show it.
Founders run the work
No junior hand-off. You hire us, we do the work.
Plain English, always
If we can't explain it in plain English, we don't recommend it.
Bad news first, fast
If something isn't working, you hear it from us first.
Selective by design
Limited client roster each quarter. Quality beats volume.
WHERE WE FIT
We're built for some businesses. Not for every business.
Honesty about fit saves everyone time.
We work with
- Owner-operated businesses already investing in marketing
- Retailers, single or multi-store
- Pure e-commerce businesses
- B2B and D2C lead generation, sales, or services
- Brand and display advertisers willing to measure performance beyond impressions
Where we may not be the right fit
- Pre-revenue startups looking for free strategy
- Tier-1 brand campaigns or pure creative engagements
- Fractional CMO arrangements inside larger enterprises
- Managers looking for a vendor to direct
Conditional fit - if you commit
Smaller marketing budgets
Businesses new to paid advertising
Lower transaction volume e-commerce
Conditional engagements work best with a serious long-term commitment.
